Architecture

In 2003 the Albe and Lica Steiner archive was given by Lica and family to the Politecnico of Milan.

The archive is almost complete, due to the fact that Albe and Lica were really neat.

My suggestion is to visit the archive at the Campus Bovisa of Politecnico, Via Durando 38/a, IV floor.

Last September I attended the Networks of Design conference in England, at the Falmouth College in Cornwall. There we presented the paper and shaked hands with Bruno Latour, a famous French sociologist who opened the conference.

Finally the Networks of Design proceedings are published.

Huge, immense, astonishing.

For me this is really a surprise. To find such incredible exposition in the Hangar Bicocca, a industrial place in the north of Milan.

Actually I’m talking about The Seven Heavenly Palaces, a work of Anselm Kiefer.

I can’t describe it, you have just to see it.

The Louise T Blouin Institute is a marvellous architectural space for exhibitions.

The Foundation commissioned legendary artist James Turrell to create a permanent site-specific artwork on the façade of the existing building. By day the gallery spaces are flooded with natural daylight, by night the windows are illuminated in a moving spectrum of colour which mark this out as a completely unique venue in London.
